Being a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), we pride ourselves on compliance with a strict code of practice and ensure that clients' monies are covered by the Bonding scheme maintained by the RICS. We also maintain a Complaints Handling Procedure (details of which are available upon request).
If you decide that you want to manage your own property, then we will carry out a property letting service to include:-
- Preparation of letting particulars
- Marketing
- Viewings
- Preparation of Tenancy Agreements (instructing solicitors)
- Collection of first month's rent and bond
- Setting up Standing Order payments to your Bank Account
- Liaising with utilities
You will find our fees competitive and depending on the volume of work may be negotiable.
